Broker/REALTOR Leslie Ryan has grown a steady real estate clientele over the years since beginning her career in real estate with Carolina Mountain Sales in 2018. Over the years, she and her husband have purchased, renovated and sold properties, and love the challenge of transforming a house into a functional home for families. When moving to Asheville almost 11 years ago, she and her husband knew they wanted to invest in real estate and have enjoyed sharing their vision during the renovation process.
In addition to investment properties and renovations, Leslie owned a small embroidery business out of their home while the boys were still young. Now that they are older, she continues to slowly expand her real estate production and looks forward to helping her clients find their perfect home.
A native of Mobile, Alabama, Leslie lives in south Asheville with her husband Sean and their two boys, Graham and Zach, along with their two rescue dogs Cooper and Bella. Her family loves hiking the beautiful trails in WNC, going on neighborhood bike rides and watching movies together.
